đŸ»Why I don't do coaching

ignoring the gurus here is the right call...

If you listen to the standard slew of gurus (please don’t) you’ll be told that every successful agency owner should offer a lower-ticket coaching product.

On the surface, this sounds great.

You offer a cheaper product to folks who want to learn from your expertise and do the implementation on their own.

But here’s why I don’t offer “recruitment” coaching

The implementation is everything.

I already give away literally every single step in the Go Carpathian recruitment process.

If you go back to past editions of my Newsletter you can find

  • the exact questions we ask during interviews

  • how we setup each of our four candidate recruitment funnels

  • which countries we recruit for which roles

  • how much we pay

  • How we write job descriptions

And much, much more.

If you really wanted to, you could launch your own recruitment agency based on everything I’ve given away publicly here.

But that isn’t enough to actually solve my dream client’s problems.

My dream clients are creatives and visionaries building epic companies.

The thought of doing all 83+ steps in the Go Carpathian recruiting process on their own is about as appealing as being housemates with a flock of seagulls.

There’s nothing sexy about building an elite team.

A great team is the result of hard work over a long period of time.

Just like anything else worth having.

So sure, you could read all 100+ newsletters and implement on your own.

And I’m sure it would work well for a role or two.

Until you start getting busy again.

Or you need to hire more than one role at a time.

Or you find something higher leverage to work on.

Then you’ll start skipping steps.

Being less disciplined.

Cutting corners.

And pretty soon you’re understaffed, growth is stalled, and your team can’t keep your clients happy.

Or you could hire Go Carpathian for less than the price of a LinkedIn subscription to find you the best damn team you’ve ever had.

Choice is yours.
