Part time overseas talent?

I had a reply to a post on 𝕏 go sort of viral this week.

Thousands of people saw the post and in response we booked well over a dozen calls to speak with our recruiting specialists.

As my DMs lit up, one question kept coming up again and again:

Can you hire part time folks who can scale up and down with demand from Eastern Europe, South Africa, or Latin America? What about project based folks?

The answer here is a bit nuanced so buckle up.

First off, it depends on the role.

If you’re like most of my clients you’re looking at manager and individual contributor level talent for things like SEO, SEM, PPC, design, development, or sales.

This is a totally different ball game.

People at this more common level are much, more more open to alternative working arrangements.

For these roles, the answer is pretty simple.

Yes, you hire part time folks who can scale up and down with demand from Eastern Europe, South Africa, or Latin America.
