My clients are some of the most miserable people on the planet.

At least they were there when I first met them.

When I first meet with my clients, many of them have a story like John*

John worked for over a decade to become an expert at Ghostwriting for CEOs of multimillion-dollar companies. He worked for someone else for a longtime honing his craft and building his network. John did great work.

Eventually, John caught the agency bug and decided he wanted to make more money and have more time to spend with his young family.

John’s story is pretty typical.

He signed his first clients and things started going pretty well. He got more and more referrals and kept taking on more work until he was making more money than he was at his old job.

But, there was a problem.

John found himself in what my friend Jordan Ross calls “Agency Prison”

  • Working 16-hour days

  • Relying on unreliable contractors

  • Scared to reinvest in the business

  • Too busy to focus on sales

  • Delivering subpar work to clients (because you’re too busy as it is)

So many people are in this position.

It sucks.

You quit your job to build your dream and before your very eyes, your dream turns into a nightmare.

How did we get here?

8/10 people have the same problem: you’re so scared of hiring & delegation that they’re trying to do too much of the work yourself.

Before long, you can’t possibly keep up with fulfillment, admin, sales, and operations without working inhumane hours and letting some balls drop.

Usually what happens is you might try to glue together a network of contractors that is sort of kind of good enough to keep the clients happy.

But the work isn’t the quality it needs to be, and because the contractors themselves are juggling multiple clients

So, you work longer hours to fill the gaps, leading to more balls getting dropped and… you get the picture.

So why don’t you hire help and delegate?

It could be many reasons.

Maybe you think good employees are too expensive.
Maybe you think you don’t know how to train them.
Maybe you just don’t know where to look to find good employees.

Maybe it’s a mixture of all of these things.

You Can Make the Pain Go Away

Thankfully, the solution is simple, if not easy.

You must learn to hire great people and delegate to them effectively.

This isn’t an overnight process.

You will make mistakes.

You will make bad hires.

but you will also make good decisions.

And great hires.

And start working a bit less

And feeling a bit more like your dream is no longer a nightmare.

While I can’t do everything in this process for you, I can do two things.

  1. I can help you hire great, cheap remote employees that will work on your time zone so that you can get the right people in the right seats. (I’ll also guarantee any role I place for you. More on that below)

  2. I can give you access to all of our templates, SOPs, and trainings along with live monthly trainings so you can begin to learn the skills you need to escape “agency prison.”
